Is this the Keto diet?

No, not all the recipes are keto but I do stay as low carb as possible. 

The recipe packs all contain some allergens. It’s up to you to read the ingredients and swap out food items that you cannot consume.

Steps to get started: Join the Private facebook page and read through the guides. Go to the home page and signup for the free recipe download. Getting on the email list will give you the steps to get prepared and start your weight loss journey.

Exercise is something we should all do for good health. Strength training is what we should all be working towards. If you haven’t incorporated exercise into your daily routine as yet, start with a 30 minute walk and slowly work your way up. Whatever exercise you do should be added to the BMR calculator to ensure your numbers are as accurate as possible

In this group you will have access to nutritional information to get you started plus our selection of recipe packs to help keep your food interesting. You’ll also have access to a coach and all the help you need to keep you on track.
