What types of food are in the program?

In the Suggested 7 Day Meal Plan all the ingredients have
been calculated.
All you need is a set of kitchen scales then
choose which meal you would like to eat.
The meals in the program are created for you to enjoy, are anti-inflammatory and will nourish your body.
Cheating is not going to give you the results you are looking for.
If you follow the Suggested 7 Day Meal Plan, expect to lose up to
5kg of water and fat in the next 28 days.
